This coaching aims at stimulating transformative changes in perception, in order to to create actionable strategies, and to encourage their appropriation by the teams. To do this, she combines a strong business sense, her own experience as a leader, and a good knowledge of the human knowledge of the human being (creativity approaches, in particular). As a coach, she has been accompanying Since 2013, she has been coaching company executives in the context of career and life transitions. A graduate of ESSEC (E03), Mounia has nearly 11 years of experience in financing Leverage Buy Outs (all sectors, Europe) - she notably managed an Anglo-Saxon bank in France. Mounia is also trained in various approaches related to human development (coaching, Jungian psychology, Negotiation, Leadership, MBTI, etc.). She coaches in English and French.
